IUBJPH (Independent University Bangladesh Journal of Public Health) is a relatively new, biannual peer-reviewed journal in the field of Public Health publication. IUB -SPH (School of Public Health) is always dedicated to high quality research by itself as well as with its center – CHPD (Centre for Health and Population Development). IUBJPH is one of the communication and dissemination ways of SPH regarding its latest research findings concerning public health. It dynamically engages with key public health issues that have come to the front in the global public health. IUBJPH is dedicated to the advancement of basic knowledge in the field of core public health research and preventive science. It contains study pertaining to original articles, review articles, case reports and book reviews on epidemics of newly-emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, the increase in chronic illnesses especially in developing countries, the globalization and its impact on public health, migration and health etc.
After accepting the article by our editorial board, two reviewers will submit their comments within a certain period and then that manuscript will be send back to the author for incorporating the comments of the reviewers. The revised copy will then again be submitted to editorial board for final editing. IUBJPH has both online and printed version.

The paper should have the following structure:
1. Title of the paper should be on the upper centre of the paper
2. Authors and affiliations according to order just under the title
3. Abstract (at least 250 words)
4. Keywords (by which others can search the article in internet)
5. Introduction - including objective, aims, justification, overview and references to related work.
6. Main body - explanation of methods, procedures, data used, results
Your paper must use a page size corresponding to A4. The margins must be set as follows:
Top = 1’’
Bottom = 1’’
All paragraphs must be justified alignment. With justified alignment, both sides of the paragraph are straight.
The entire document should be in Times New Roman. The font sizes to be used for title is “18” bold; for authors detail(name will be in bold and affiliation will be normal style) is “10” ; any heading is “12” bold; sub heading and table caption “10” bold; main body paragraph is “10”.
All title and author details must be in single-column format and must be cantered.
Every word in a title must be capitalized except for short minor words such as “a”, “an”, “and”, “as”, “at”, “by”, “for”, “from”, “if”, “in”, “into”, “on”, “or”, “of”, “the”, “to”, “with”.
Author details must not show any professional title (e.g. CEO), any academic title (e.g. Dr)
Each affiliation must include, at the very least, the name of the company and the name of the country where the author is based (e.g. Independent University, Bangladesh).
Figures and Tables should appear either at the end of the article before the reference part and just after the acknowledgement part or simultaneously with the text. Figures and Tables should appear chronologically such as Table-1, Table-2, Table-3 and same style should be followed for figures.
All reference items must be in “9” size font. Please use Vancouver styles to distinguish different fields as shown in the References section. Number the reference items consecutively in square brackets (e.g. ). References should be cited in the text and listed in the reference section. Refer simply to the reference number, as in .
